The 2009 SCCA Rallycross rules are out and there are a few changes within each class, so it would be advisable to check 'em out if you plan to compete next year. You can also put your two cents in at the online discussion of the proposed changes.

Congratulations to Colorado Rallycross regulars Ken Cashion and Max Johnson, who took first and second place respectively in Modified 4-Wheel Drive at the National Rallycross Challenge event in Pacific Junction, IA. Watch for the competition to continue to heat up between Ken in his hot new Mitsubishi and Max with his venerable Subaru "22B" at upcoming Colorado events. You can read the full story of their exploits in Iowa.

Now for the not-so-exciting news...

Entry fees for all Colorado Rallycross events has just been bumped up by five dollars. Now, I know that we're all racing on a budget, but you can afford five more dollars, can't you? We need it, honest...for covering ever-increasing event costs. Besides, I'm sure we could get Ken to teach us all some sweet dance moves at the driver's meeting or something to lessen the blow on our wallets....and some good news.

We have t-shirts! You can check them out here on the website, They will be $15 for one or $25 for two...available at the races or by special arrangement through Ken Cashion.
